My Comfy Cottages
Owned and operated by an indigenous Antiguan family, My Comfy Cottages was inspired by a deep appreciation for the island’s history and architecture. The project’s founder drew inspiration from her father, a talented watercolor artist Hubert “Tracy’’ Salmon whose paintings beautifully captured Antigua’s historic homes and landscapes. His love for these iconic structures ignited a passion for preserving the island’s cultural heritage.
1. Introduction
Welcome to My Comfy Cottages! By booking a stay or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.
2. Booking and Payment
- All bookings are subject to availability.
- A valid credit or debit card is required to confirm a reservation.
- A partial or full Payment may be required at the time of booking as specified in the booking confirmation.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Guests may cancel their reservations up to 14 days before check-in for a full refund.
- Cancellations made after this period will be subject to a fee equivalent to 1 night up to $100 % of the booking cost based on the time frame in which the cancellation is made. Please see the full Cancellation policy for details.
- No-shows will be charged the full booking amount.
4. Check-in and Check-out
- Check-in is from 2:00pm. Early check-in is subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
- Check-out is by 12:00 noon. Late check-out may incur additional fees.
5. Guest Conduct
- Guests are expected to maintain the property in good condition and adhere to the rules outlined in the house manual.
- Smoking is NOT Allowed Indoors. Guests can smoke in the outdoor spaces.
- Pets are NOT Allowed.
- Any damages caused by guests will be charged to the guest’s payment method on file.
6. Liability
- My Comfy Cottages is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings during your stay.
- Guests are encouraged to use provided safes for valuables.
- My Comfy Cottages is not liable for injuries sustained on the property, except in cases of proven deliberate negligence.
7. Privacy Policy
Your personal information is collected for the purpose of managing your booking and will not be shared with third parties except as required by law.
8. Force Majeure
My Comfy Cottages shall not be liable for failure to perform its obligations due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters such as Hurricanes, government actions, or technical failures.
9. Changes to Terms
My Comfy Cottages reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The updated terms will be posted on our website and apply to all bookings made after the posting date.
10. Governing Law
- These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Antigua and Barbuda.
- Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Antigua and Barbuda.
